- Clean Water Restoration Act: A bevy of Oregon conservation groups including the Northwest Steelheaders have asked that U.S. Congressman Peter DeFazio support the passage of the above bill that would restore clean water to all of Oregon's and America's waters. If you agree that toxic rivers and the loss of wetland endanger Oregon's wildlife such as Chinook salmon and steelhead, call Rep. DeFazio at 541-465-6732 and encourage his support for the passage of this strong cleanwater bill. LWCF (see note in left margin) - To persuade our Senators to co-sponsor this critical legislation, anglers are needed to demonstrate that there is widespread and strong support in Oregon for full funding of LWCF.
